Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms apply to the Feather Logistics website and driver dashboard. By using the dashboard you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use the dashboard

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You need a Discord account, and you must follow Discord's Terms of Service.
• The dashboard is only for registered drivers of Feather Logistics. Our staff decide who is registered.

2. Your account

You log in with Discord. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Discord account secure. Our staff can change ranks and roles, and add details such as your TruckersMP ID.

3. Rules

When using the dashboard, including profiles and private messages, you must not:

• harass, threaten, bully or insult other members, or post hateful content
• send sexual content, or anything illegal
• send spam, scams, phishing links, malware or other harmful links or files
• pretend to be someone else, including our staff
• share someone else's personal information without their permission
• try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the site, or access data that isn't yours

4. Messages and content

You are responsible for the messages you send. We don't check messages before they are sent. If you receive something that breaks these rules, block the user and open a ticket in our Discord server to report it. We may remove content and suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Be careful with messages from other users. Never open links or download files from people you don't trust.

5. Leaving and removal

You can stop using the dashboard at any time. When you leave Feather Logistics, or if we remove your access because you broke these terms, your account is deactivated: you can't log in and other members can no longer see your profile. You can ask us to delete your account completely at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data in each case.

6. Availability

The dashboard is a free hobby project. We provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. It may go offline for maintenance or because of our hosting provider, and we may change or remove features at any time.

7. Liability

As far as Hungarian law allows, we are not liable for:

• indirect damage
• loss caused by content, links or files that other users send you
• loss of data caused by outages

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to life, physical integrity or health.

8. Other companies

Feather Logistics is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SCS Software, TruckersMP or Discord. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Important changes will be announced in our Discord server, and we may ask you to accept the new terms before you continue using the dashboard.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you live in another EU country, you keep any protections that your local consumer law gives you.

For questions, open a ticket in our Discord server.
